Will TUI refund us?

I'm booked to go on holiday 23rd may. Assuming the lockdown continues I'm assuming they would cancel the holiday as they have with holidays travelling up until 16th April. The website is unclear. I would want a refund but am I entitled to it?

We are in the same position. I hear on here that they are only going to offer a voucher to rebook. I would want a refund as we don't know when this will end and may not be able to afford the higher price that will be charged.

Under current package holiday regulations, yes you would get a refund. But the government is currently reviewing and a decision is expected this week which would allow holiday companies to issue vouchers instead.
