Sorry I do have a slightly obsessive personality!

Would you isolate yourself, as in no work(which I wont be until i know) daily walk, shopping or even being near family with a temp of 37.3 and no other symptoms other than my face felt a bit hot(which is why I tested)

No

Temp of 37.8 or a new cough are reasons to isolate.

Mothersday2020 · 29/03/2020 10:05

I have an awful fear of infecting someone else

No.

37.3 is a normal temperature. You may have felt a bit warm because the room was hot, the sun was on your face, too many layers etc.

I would put down the thermometer, it's obviously increasing your anxiety.

Eggcited, I think I'll hide it. But I'm trying to gauge the start of anything so I dont infect people.

Until you know what?

daily walk, shopping or even being near family

Walk is fine just stay away from others. Family, don't meet with people not in your household.

This isn't a sign of CV

Is there evidence that you are only infectious after symptoms start? Because if not, you could infect people at any point and not know it. Which is a scary thought I know but adhere to the social distancing rules and your conscience should be clear.
