I’m scared because I’m on immune suppressive medication (only a low dose so I don’t meet the NHS England 12 week threshold for a letter) and I have asthma.
I live in Cheshire. I hadn’t been out the house for around 2 and a half weeks but I went to Aldi on Wednesday to get all my food. I went in the evening and I kept a 2 meter distance at all times and washed my hands when I got home with dove hand gel and used dettol wipes on my hands.
For the past two nights I have awoken in the night with a temperature and felt mildly ill during the day. My back aches particularly at the top. My throat feels funny, like I might be run down. I’m just having weird ups and downs with my temperature and it’s affecting my sleep. After taking paracetamol I successfully went back to sleep and when I woke up in the morning I was fine. But I just feel mildly off. Could be that I’m due my period tomorrow but struggling to not feel anxious.
