Food shopping

So our fridge is now empty, I have some bits in freezer and some tinned goods and pasta left. Probably a weeks worth. I have a delivery shop coming Thursday (although every time I look, things have been taken off it so goodness knows what will come!). Would you go and buy more food now to save stocks for when you may be ill and can’t go out? Or use stocks up first?

personally I'd just nip to the supermarket or local shop, worth keeping what you have
