This is me with my mum she has survived Hitler open heart surgery 2 replacement knees and 2 replacement hips. Few weeks ago she fell fractured her hip 2 ribs and her spine. Last week she was diagnosed with Covid 19 and spent a week in intensive care she is 86.......Today she has been given the all clear this is the sort of thing the media should be concentrating on there is hope people
I've also seen another post today from the mum of a 7 week old baby who was diagnosed and is doing really well at home. The parents shared their own symptoms which are:
We would describe ourselves as feeling run down and under the weather. Main symptoms would be headache, loss of smell, backache and a slight sore throat, however all manageable without any medication and nothing to write home about.
So yes, two very encouraging accounts this morning and I hope they give others some comfort as they did me
