Sensible or Overreacting?

My LO is 7 months old. I know we are allowed out for a walk to get exercise but I'm worried to take her out at all in her pram even in the open, just in case.

I have ways I can exercise inside the house and can open windows etc for fresh air or walk her around the garden in my arms (or sit out if the warm weather comes out) but obviously it is good to get out of the house for a walk.

What would you do? Stay in and not risk it or take her for a walk in the open.

I don't know whether I'm overreacting or being sensibly cautious.

I would take her for a walk. Her looking at things passing by are mental stimulating.

No reason she cant go out as long as you maintain social distancing.

Covid 19 is not airborne. Walking with pram will be fine

Just observe spatial distancing and don't touch anything while you are out and about.

Thank you @forkfun I guess it would be sensible from a mental health point of view to get out of the house too x
