Laundrette

I see it’s on the list of essential services still open.
We don’t have a tumblr drier or garden, so rely on the laundrette for big things like towels and bed sheets.
I need to do a towel wash, but I’m worried about seeing people when in there drying them. I was going to just go in, put the towels on to wash and sit in the car until they’re done, then go back in and collect them.
Not sure what else we can do.

People don't tend to sit together in the laundrette, though. Most shove the wash on and wander off until they're done (I'm sure there will be a shop nearby, as there is with most laundrettes, and lots of others would probably go and sit in their cars).

That reminds me, I saw our nearest was open today. I must get the quilt done.

Not even a shared one or a balcony ? Can you fashion an airer in any outside space for them to dry?
