Running

I live in london. We went for a walk last weekend and it was so busy. Virtually impossible to keep 2m apart. We haven't been out since.

I want to run but don't want to get int people's way, or them mine! Do you think it'd be safe to go early in the morning, 7o"clockish? Or is it still very busy at that time?

Yes 7 am should be fine.

As long as no-one coughs on you it will be fine.

It entirely depends where you are

If you keep away from the pretty parks and well known paths and open spaces, you can be fine at just about any time.

The City is always deserted at weekends, and I can't think it'll suddenly attract lots of visitors.

But which part of London are you in? And what distance were you thinking of running?

I'm not in London, Home Counties, I run at 7 to avoid other people.

I'm going to go late at 7ish. I'm not going to go in the park. I'm worried that it's still going to be busy, but will cross the toad if I see anyone.

People seems to be really anti joggers atm. Which I understand if they're being inconsiderate. But surely it's still ok to run if you time it well.
