So...thinking of ramping up our actions after finding out a friend is going to these lengths (their whole family are 100% fit and well, no underlying conditions) but are key workers not NHS:
- go to work, don't accept teas coffees, stick to their own flasks
- wash hands every hour
- come home, wipe down steering wheels and car handles with anti bac wipes
- unlock door and get in house
- all clothes on chair or wash bag by door and left if needed next day
- if washing is needed, straight in washing machine, door left ajar so no touching needed to open
- wipe down phone and keys
- wash hands
- then shower
We're key workers but not NHS....thinking of doing same, but not bothering with wiping car stuff or keys or showering unless really need to as we shower every morning or before shift.
We're not wiping down our shopping either which friend is... Oh and we wash our hands that won't be new!😂
