Been having intermittent chest tightness and feeling like I need to take a very deep breath/sigh . Have had similar before when panicking - recognise the feeling soemhwat . Managing stairs and housework fine without no breathlessness, just that feeling of needing to take big breaths .

Very limited social contact and last was 12 days ago (taxi), nothing other than that - but I’m panicking a bit . Been told to take propanolol by GP so taken that but now feel off my face and still very anxious .

No fever . No wheeze . Coughing a few times a day but have often had that before , and it’s always been put down to having acid reflux and anxiety .

I haven’t contacted GP about chest feeling as I don’t want to waste anyone’s time, or land up with an unnecessary ambulance ifI’m just hyperventilating. What’s best to do? Am trying to slow breathing a bit .
