How do I best manage this?

I've got to take my car for an MOT later today - I have to, it's already run out and I need the car to getting to work on Sat (keyworker). Please don't say it been deferred - that's only for cars due 30th March onwards.

I have been so good at social distancing (I think) so far, at home & work - but I'm not sure how to handle this?

I don't have any hand sanitizer etc as I don't use the stuff normally and obviously it's now all sold out.

I can wear rubber gloves on the way home, but how do I clean the car after that?
I assume the people doing the MOT will have some protective gear, but who knows what?

Ring the garage and ask what they advise.

They have relaxed the MOT rules. It has been deferred for up to 6 months.

Sorry. I didn't read it properly. Apologies. This is why I should never and hardly ever post.

I hope you get it sorted. Good luck.
