For those deemed in the highest risk category ie, immune suppressed, heart conditions who have no support and need shopping, prescriptions, phone contact etc

Not yet it doesn't grrr

I don't understand how they are allowed to share lists with supermarkets without people's consent.

It’s covered in the exceptions of GDPR and data protection laws; etc @suniscomingout.

Although I’d imagine that there is probably a way to write to them and “opt out”.
