Takeaways - Collection

Obviously in light of the restrictions loads of food places are offering takeaways.
One thing that I keep seeing is place offering both delivery and collection of orders.
Isn't going to collect an order against the rules? As it wouldn't be deemed essential travel?

A lot of the places by us have closed. I didn't think you could collect a takeaway either.

You are permitted to go food shopping so I would have thought it comes under that?
