Going out

Right. Confused. Is it ok to go out for a run. And also to walk the dog later? Or must the dog walk be my exercise? Also is it that you can go out for one of the 4 reasons. But only once. Or could you technically go out for all these reasons. One at a time? I don't intend to go out for all of the reasons. I just feel myself getting so sedentary. And the dogs are rubbish running with me!

You can go out for one form of exercise only.
Do not go out unless it is an absolute necessity.
So do all your shopping in this be go.
Don't go to Morrison's on Monday, Aldi on Tuesday, Asda on Wednesday etc.
Stay in your house/garden.
If you have to go to work e.g. You are a doctor, then you can still go out once to exercise and still go out for essential supplies such as to collect your perscription.
The more people who do not adhere to the rules, the p never the rest of us will suffer.

Ah ok. So. Dog walk it is. That's fine. I will look up some YouTube stuff. Or will be a whale once this is over!
