I've just lost my job, am isolating as I'm high risk and a bit panicked so need to find positives.

Mine are :

A lot of time with my kids who are 4 and 8. I usually work 11 hours a day 4 days a week and they love me being at home. I love being there every day with them.

I have time to start exercising again

I have time to do some other personal things I wanted to like face masks and painted nails etc. Stuff I havent had time to do for a long time.

Its given me the kick to start healthy eating and exercise again. Trying the 16:8 diet. Really wish I'd looked after my health more.

I've watched several films with the kids for the first time in a long time.

The birds in the garden seem louder and are lovely to listen to.

I've enrolled on an online course so should have a new qualification soon and that should help me get a new job.

Seeing how quickly nature is recovering from human polluting activities considerably reducing. Maybe we should have a lockdown regularly in future just to make people slow down.

I love my dogs even more and really enjoy walking them even more than I did originally.

There are loads of negatives but just wanted to think of some positives.

yeah I agree if only we didn’t have to worry about money. Flowers

I think I will appreciate (normal) when and if we recover. Take care
