Greeting Gestures

I never was much of a fan of the handshake but now that the sweaty-palmed grasp is a thing of the past, what do you think is the best alternative and do you think we will ever get back to the handshake - do you even want to?

The Namaste hand clasp of Prince Charles is charming but maybe it's cultural appropriation.

My DS always uses jazz hands as a greeting but this is already a clapping substitute.

The elbow bump thing might be too 'street' to come naturally to some.

Do you have any suggestions? I feel that some sort of body gesture is required rather than just saying 'hello'.
