I'm due to go back to work next week after self isolating with my family for 2 weeks with symptoms of a cough, but 99% sure that it wasn't covid 19.
I work in the community as a carer.
I am absolutely terrified of going back out there, I know I need to get a grip as those poor NHS workers are front line and are in the thick of it and I get that, but it still makes me absolutely scared to death.
We have all the correct PPE and have had all the info on social distancing etc. I have anti bac wipes and anti bac hand stuff also. (I am aware that this doesn't really help as it's a virus but makes me feel a tad better)
I just can't shake the feeling of impending doom if you get me? It's been sitting in my stomach for days.
My other half is a key worker in food manufacturing so he is at risk as well 😖
What if I take it into an elderly person unknowingly?
We do food shopping for some of them, what if I take it from Lidl into someone's home and then my home!
