I’ve not received any info from them but all my online orders have disappeared on the app. They are mainly ones I booked weeks in advance for my elderly parents who have various heath issues.
If they are going to redistribute them to those most in need that’s fine, but I want to know that so I can make other plans and I need to find a way to register my parents as vulnerable so I can keep getting food to them. I have no idea how to do this.
Is anyone else finding this?
