Key worker and at risk partner

My DH works in the emergency services, I am pregnant so obviously classed as one of the vulnerable categories.

I'm really stressing about him working and potentially bringing it back to the house.

We have been really strict with self isolation just incase but feels a bit pointless when he is going off to work and mixing with the vulnerable.

Should we be trying to self isolate from each other? Should we look at DH staying somewhere else? Or do we just accept that we are probably all going to get it and see what happens?

My DH is a key worker and I have a lung disease. We just try and be extra careful. He removes shoes before coming in the house, immediately changes his clothes and we're ultra careful about hand washing and keeping surfaces clean.
