I've volunteered to talk to people.

Do they email when you've passed the checks?

Yes they do. I registered yesterday morning and had one back today to say my checks have come back when I now have to download an app to log on when I am available to volunteer. I am struggling to find the app on the app store though.

I can't find it either. Have you logged into the website again to see you use that?

I have found the app and registered on it but it needs my work certificate and I have no idea what that is.

I'm registered to talk to people too. I want to do more, but I can't because I don't drive and I'm immunocompromised. So I will talk for as long as people need.
