Big virtual very safe hug!!

How safe is it?

How many people will you see do you think?

How possible is it to stay 2 m apart?

I’m going out daily, but not on my preferred routes as they’re getting too busy and some places it’s very hard to stay 2m from everyone (railings one side)fence the other & you can’t see around the corner to see if anyone has started along the path from the other end. The lovely walk around the lake has got ridiculously busy and so I’m pretty much left with the hill of doom - which is a country race track! 🙄but currently no others being daft enough to walk up it. I’m going to try to find somewhere else though as I do NOT want to get hit by a car and land the driver or myself in hospital.

Choose a quiet time. Very early indeed, dawn is beautiful. A slot after lunch when people tend to settle back to work is also good.

Choose a route on roads so you can cross back and forth to avoid people.

If you are going to feel anxious don't go. Do an online HIIT workout. If you can find a place to do it outside in fresh air, even better.

Thank you
So as long as I can stay away from people..I know this don't get me wrong. But just need a bit of a kick up the ass sometimes. I live near a huge park. I think it might be quiet now. If I keep away from people it will be okay wont it..

I don't know what HiiT is but I have been doing online workouts. I'm missing fresh air and spending time with my dog

OP - You will be fine, stick to wide roads if you can so that you can cross over if you see people approaching. I walk my dog in the morning about 9am, not many people about then, and if I do see people we give each other a lot of space.

HIIT - high intensity intervals, so short bursts of exercise that raise your heart rate and get you breathless. Really good fun and great for indoors. Star jumps, squats, burpees ....you don’t need equipment. If you look on YouTube you’ll find lots. My kids are doing the Joe Wickes 9 am workouts. Don’t worry...you’ve got this Smile
