Chicken pox during this time

My older child got chicken pox about three weeks a go from nursery and now her 6 month sibling is COVERED!

Would you be more concerned about chickenpox just now? I'm just thinking if he is fighting this virus then gets another he could struggle. Is there anything (other than the current guidance) you would do? Should we self isolate?

we're all pretty much self isolating anyway with the lockdown. I'd just follow those rules carefully
