Yes and I've heard a little advice about keeping healthy on the radio and telly (VERY LITTLE) . Of course people should stop smoking.

We also should bring up our immune systems. I Eat fresh lemons and garlic/water [blended] include the skins and pith because they have large amounts of Vit C, more than the juice!! Oh and always eat fruit on an empty stomach because we get the full benefits of the vitamins etc. from them.

Mind you seeing the queues around effing Mcdo's before it closed I wonder why anyone bothers to suggest anything healthy to people, they don't care for themselves. Great for the NHS.

We discovered red cabbage is high in vit c this week. Been crunching it raw.

Please don’t eat lots of lemons. This particular fad causes lots of tooth erosion and sensitivity. Now that all UK dentistry has closed down (emergency service only and may be at regional centres!) you may not be able to see a dentist for 3 months.
Also leave the lemons for us gin drinkers.

Didn't reports suggests much of the problem in Italy was the high number of smokers? We need suggestions for things people can do that will ease the burden on the NHS that the public can do themselves...

I eat ONE lemon. For my breakfast in a smoothie with linseeds ground almonds and seasonal fruits, it has to be organic. My teeth are fab. I don't clean my teeth directly afterwards ( in fact, in the old days they were recommended for cleaning teeth). A high sugar diet of fizzy cola drinks, cakes with icing etc etc. will be far more likely to damage your teeth .

Oh gin drinking will really help your immune system. willdoit
