Pregnant and worried

I'm first trimester and DH still has to work (we're lucky that he has a job still, I know)

I'm so worried and trying to rationalise it, please help. We have a young DD and I worry about something happening to the baby or me (not worried for my sake but for her if you see what I mean)

We have shielded relatives too and I'm finding it hard to get my head around.

I'm concerned it will affect our marriage as I feel so on edge all the time. I'm trying extremely hard to just get on with things and have enjoyed doing lots of things with DD and around the house but every time he goes out I have to bite my tongue not to ask if he will be careful etc.

The other day he opened a parcel with his teeth and I burst into tears, which I know is just daft as WHO have said unlikely to be transmitted by mail
