What are people doing re online shopping and non essential building work?

I’m conflicted. Until this week I was ordering bits and pieces online and getting multiple (non essential food) deliveries but I’m now wondering whether this puts delivery personnel/packers in jeopardy and I’m being unfair? And then also worry if I stop ordering it will be damaging for small (and some large) businesses.

Also in middle of house renovations. We haven’t had anyone in since Christmas but were due to start (mostly outdoor but some final indoor) work at Easter. Is it fair to go ahead or does it put contractors in difficult positions the safety? If I stop them I worry about their income.

What does everyone think?
