Isolation birthday party suggestions!

Apologies for self-centred question in advance....
We have twins turning 8 soon. It will be a very different birthday this year... I’d be very grateful for tips on celebrating. There’s the twins (ds2 and ds1), Older brother, dh and me.
So far am thinking:
Lots of decorations - balloons etc
We all dress up, look smart!
Party games (traditional)
Disco?
Any other tips?

Depending on what supplies you have in already : crafting - making party hats, crazy glasses, masks ;cupcake/biscuit decorating ; mars bar game; musical bumps/ statues; obstacle race around house/garden; balloon race ; party pieces; Skype/ FaceTime with family/friends.

Great ideas Whippety, thank you! Liking the obstacle race esp - got long skinny garden and that would work well!!
