I've got a sore throat, it literally feels like it's on fire and I ache around my shoulders and neck. Had a temperature reading of 37.8 now has gone down to 36. Could this be it? I've heard that a temperature and cough are the most common things to look out for and I haven't had a cough but I'm feeling rough with my sore throat.
