I have to drop off a small shop (juice etc ) at my very high risk parents tomorrow . We will have no contact at all as I will leave it on his door step but are there any other measures I can take to ensure no contamination ?

Wear gloves when handling it?

Give it all a wipe with an antibac wipe before you hand it over?

Buy it and keep it for a few days before handing it over (so any germs on it die).
