On day five of symptoms and today my temp has peaked to its highest. Feel so alone and scared in my bedroom and trying not to panic. Could use some positivity and a hand hold

They sent me home from a&e to come back for a ct scan as I had raised blood glasses and have history of pulmonary embolism. The ct scan showed no clots but pneumonia in both lungs , my friend went back to the hospital to get my antibiotics. Just been told to treat at home and to go to a&e if any changes for the worse. My husband is suffering today with cough and extreme dizziness today so I've had to look after our three year old, feel exhausted but cant sleep.

You are doing so well getting help and good to hear from you but I am sorry it sounds hard still and that your DH isn’t well . Try to get as much rest as you can and I would let my 3 year old just watch unlimited tv if it helps that and if they are happy as it can’t be easy to rest . Take care and keep warm

I hope your three year old doesn’t require too much running after, not that you could at this point. Keep yourself hydrated. Hopefully your DH will soon rally! 💐

Feel for you OP. Your 3 year old will be fine: snacks and TV and safe toys. Take care of yourself. How scary.

I too am sending you lots of light and love Flowers cbeebies on, toys out and you in pjs resting. Quick foods like spaghetti hoops will do for now. Are the antibiotics working op?

She is getting her fill of disney plus at the moment. We have managed to get a food delivery today so that will help. Ordered soups and easy foods for her to eat. Slept well last night but still very breathless, hopefully see an improvement today from antibiotics. Thank you for all you kind wishes, stay safe this is awful
