I know many people are in the same situation, but wondered if anyone had any helpful suggestions?
We were feeling the pinch anyway as I am on SMP.
Now DH has been furloughed the 20% drop in pay will be a considerable hit to finances
We already prior to the epidemic/pandemic cancelled all direct debits, shop in Aldi, don’t buy new, and went down to one car.
What more can we be doing to help?
I’m growing my own veg but they won’t be ready for harvest until summer and food shops are getting rediculously expensive as the cheaper things sell out first
