Delivering leaflets at the moment?

Hi all,
Can anyone help me decide if delivering house to house leaflets about where to find help in the current situation is safe?
I’m in 2 minds as I wouldn’t want to pick up the virus at letterbox no 1 and then spreading it via the other letterboxes through the whole neighbourhood?
However the leaflets are providing important information regarding foodbanks/telephone numbers for vulnerable people who might not be online and might not have this information otherwise.

I’d be grateful for any advise! Tia

I wasn't impressed at getting a generic leaflet from my local mp yesterday but I think that the kind of information you are suggesting wouldn't have been so bad

I've just done this. On balance I felt the risk of transfer was lower than the risk of those people not accessing support they may need. Wore gloves which have been washed/disinfected since. Kept well away from the few people out and about.

Thanks for your replies. And yes, I’m also planning on wearing gloves when delivering. Seems to be ok then maybe 😊
