On Monday I developed a dry cough and started feeling very lethargic and tired. I was feeling short of breath so I contacted my doctor, she told me on the phone that it's more than likely corona virus and to self isolate for 7 days. I feel ok within myself but I get periods of shortness of breath and this constant heavy feeling on my chest worries me. I know there are so many people in the same boat at the minute but it's really causing havoc with my mental health. Has anyone had it and come out the other side? How long did it take to start feeling a bit better? Night time has been awful for me I hardly slept last night but I think it was my own anxiety more than the virus that was keeping me awake! I keep thinking the worst (what if it gets worse, what if my husband or children get it and it's worse on them). I cant even watch anything about it on tv or radio because my anxiety just rockets if I hear anything!
