Have to drive 88 year old Aunt to hospital - how to keep safe

My Aunt broke 4 ribs 3 weeks ago and had to have a drain to remove the blood around her lungs.
She had been living with my mum but got discharged to a convelesent bed in a community hospital as my mum wouldn’t be able to look after her. She’s pretty mobile at the moment but still weak.

Anyway she had an outpatient appointment tomorrow in the original hospital and the community hospital called me to take her.

Is there anything special I should do? I’m in Ireland so not quite in lockdown. I have been staying home with 2 children but DH goes to work and does the shopping.
