Healthcare worker - PPE

Professions that are unable to limit close patient contact... should these workers not wear a mask, gloves and apron for ALL patients where symptomatic or not given the incubation period?

Healthcare workers are becoming ill and dying due to lack of effective PPE. We are told to stay at home and keep a 2m distance yet health care workers are expected to provide close care with no PPE. I feel so uncomfortable about this.

My sister is a ward sister in Birmingham and they are using face guards all day for all patients. It’s terrifying me. She has asthma and the fact that frontline staff don’t have proper equipment is suicide imo.

Fuck Covid.

I’m an OT and we are having the same problem. We have been refused masks for people who do not have any symptoms, even though those patients may be on the same ward with many patients who are confirmed COVID. It’s very scary
