Text from the government only on O2?

Had anybody had a text telling saying ‘`this is a government message. You MUST stay indoors, you MUST not go out and other info.

2 of my friends and my daughter have all had one. I haven’t . They are on the O2 network but I’m with vodafone. It’s not just elderly that are getting it. One of them is 40 and the other one is 46

I got it this morning. I am on EE.

Sky, I received this afternoon.

I'm Tesco which is sort of o2 and got it this morning. DH got it on his work phone which is EE this afternoon. His personal phone is o2 and he still doesn't have it on that.

On Vodafone and received today. This is it.

Both on Vodafone - DH got a text at lunchtime - mine arrived this evening

I'm with Virgin. I still haven't got the text alert.

The government instructed phone companies to send these out to their customers to ensure everyone has the latest information and guidance. Great idea in my opinion so we don’t get the oh I didn’t know brigade. I think networks are doing it in batches hence the time differences even on same network.

I'm on O2 and not had it yet, dd and dh have though. Ds on EE had his this morning.
