I am living at home with my 2 children who both started coughing on Friday, I have now developed a sore throat myself today. I have sent a self isolation note to my manager which only covers me for 7 days which my manager has just said. So do I self isolate for 7 days from now or 14 days from now. If it helps I’m a carer in a care home.
