Hi all my self and ex partner currently share my 1 year old he took me to court and has her two hours Thursday and one night every other weekend he was abusive when we were together so nothing is ever easy with him I’m currently self isolating as my other daughter and myself have flu like symptoms (I feel like death) was told by 111 to isolate all the family which I have been doing but he’s insisting he’s still to have her because of the court order and that I’m breaking it solicitor tried to help but wasn’t usefull and I provided him with a note from my doctor I even called 101 police online and they all say self isolate she’s not to go he says unless he hears from the court or social services ( not involved with ss so why he wants to speak to them I don’t know) he’s coming To have her I’ve told him I phone 999 there’s a tracker on my house cause of past violence but he still insists I’m lying and he’s having her I don need the grief I feel like hell looking after a 1 year old and my other poorly child I except any advise you can offer I’m new to moms net xx
