Have choice to go to work

I work evenings and weekends and my work has contacted me to say those shifts aren't happening now, but asking if I can come and work my hours in the days. It's in an office answering an advice line.
They are looking to put people on a rota with everyone having less hours.
I don't know if I should not go as I live with an 85 year old and a type 1 diabetic (different people)
If I don't go in I will get paid still.
I don't know if I should still go in to help everyone else out.

You're probably right
It just feels wrong!

Definitely don't go. I work in a school and anyone who lives with or cares for a vulnerable relative is staying at home. The rest of us are on a rota.
