Single parent

I woke during the night throat very sore now I’ve a head ache and chills no fever though.

I am a single parent 6 month old twins and 6 dd. I feel so sick atm. Their dad is a key worker and flat out in work so can’t ask him for help. Well I did and he said I’m over reacting. I’m so worried incase I have it and I’m alone with these three. My ear is very sore so I’m hoping it’s stemmed from that.

Don’t even know why I’m posting this I’m just freaking out

Have you taken anything for your sore throat and head? If not, have some paracetamol.

Drink plenty. You could just have a cold/mild flu. x

Temp of 38 now really worried I’m gonna give it to the kids if I have it.
