Should I still be nannying?

My employer (both parents) have been working from home for 2 weeks. They have not approached the topic of not working for them since the Government announcements. I was expecting them to contacted me because of the PM announcement last night but they haven't.
Should I be telling them that I want to stay at home and keep my own child and family safe? They know that my husband is still in work and that I am seeking childcare for my own child while im having to work for them.
Will I still get paid if I refuse to work for them? Will I still be insured if i carry on working for them if neither of them are key workers?
Advice appreciated.
