Daily walk question

NemophilistRebel · 24/03/2020 08:25

I go for a daily walk normally as 3rd trimester pregnant and get stiff if I just sit around.

Normally we go as family, myself, SH and toddler aged 2.

Do I now need to go alone so that I’m not out in a group of 3 or are small household family groups of 3 allowed?

I think as long as it is people who you live with it's ok.

You’re allowed out in your household group

If you are taking the kid and another for support/safety that's ok
