Poorly single parent

I've woken up this morning after a night of going hot and cold, have a temp and a cough. Not feeling well. I've obviously got something, who knows if it's Coronavirus. My worry is I'm on my own with DC 7 and 8. Should I try and not touch them???? I need to look after them.

You should wash hands frequently, and especially before preparing their food. Wipe down door handles, light switches etc frequently.

And maybe teach them what to do if you get really ill - ie who do they call?

Thanks, yes I've taught my eldest how to call her dad if need be.
