Still waiting on my maternity allowance claim to be processed. Was told they were working on claims processes about 10 days before mine was sent in but they (understandably) said they couldn't offer a time frame.
What did worry me is when asking about time frames she did say along the lines of "the coronavirus situation means things are changing every day". They will still be processing claims though right?
I'm sorry if this is an incredibly stupid question my head is just mush this evening and I'm so anxious about everything
