Pregnant key worker

Does anyone know if a pregnant key worker who has to work with the public (health) can be forced to work by her Manager? Working from home isn't an option.

I don’t think so or my work would have insisted I stay. I stopped work on Saturday after giving 3 days notice. I got a sick note from my GP’s as well

I don't work in health but emergency services (not even a public facing role) and I was told not to come back into work until further notice last Wednesday. I can't work from home but that's with full pay. I can't imagine I will be going back before my Mat leave kicks in at this rate. I think they would be massively unreasonable to force you to work under the circumstances when yours and your baby's health and wellbeing is paramount.

My area has brought out new guidance and those up to 28 weeks basically work as normal but try and avoid positive or suspected pts. Third trimester should avoid patient facing role.
