Am I correct in thinking that only those with underlying conditions who have received a letter or text
Are the people who officially have to isolate for 12 weeks, and I assume will get paid.

Others who have underlying conditions such as asthma, diabetes, but do not receive a letter, are to practice social distancing measures
And work from home if possible.? If not possible to work from home I assume those people will still be going to work as employers will not pay you for taking 12
Weeks off without any actual symptoms. Tried to clarify with employer but information not really clear.
