Guidance for contact with a confirmed case

I have looked but can’t find the guidance for isolation if you have been in contact with a confirmed case.

Can anyone provided a link to the guidance please?

I can't find it but I have read that if you have been in contact with someone with symptoms, or a confirmed diagnosis, you should self isolate for 7 days.
