Pregnant - Too vague??

Hiya, hope you can help me with my question/dilemma.

I understand that the Coronavirus is still so new and that pregnant women supposedly only fall under the vulnerable group as a precaution - but I still feel that the information we are being given is too vague, especially for working pregnant woman.
I work full-time in retail banking in a customer facing role. I’m currently on pre-booked 4 weeks of annual leave (lots of holiday owing due to previous sickness) so haven’t seen or contacted my management regarding the recent social distancing advice. I keep reading this “12 weeks of social distancing” and don’t know if would apply for jobs too? (sorry if that’s a stupid question). It’s impossible for me to work from home in my job role which involves 90% dealing with customers face-to-face.
But I’m still terrified to return to work due to the need of close proximity of dealing with customers. It look a long time TTC so I’m naturally very anxious as it is and the ongoing global issue has worsened it for me.

What should I do? I don’t want to approach work regarding this without knowing my rights towards this.

Can anyone help me please?

Get in touch with your management asap and ask what their policy is concerning pregnant women.
