Firstly, if you live with someone who has an underlying health condition, who has been told to self isolate for 12 weeks, do healthy people in the household have to do this too?

Second, do employers have to let employees work from home if they have a job and facilities that allows them to do so? Or can they insist you come in to the office still, even if you are NOT a key worker?

I should add the person with underlying health condition does not have he virus, but is considered a higher risk due to health condition

I don't think there is any legal requirement (yet) for either you to stay at home or be allowed to work from home.

But common sense would dictate you should also stay home if you live with someone who needs to self isolate.

Official government advice is that everyone work from home wherever possible. I would very strongly argue the point if you're being told to come in unnecessarily.
