Should there not be more mandates issues now. Definitely think there should be a curfew at the very least. If supermarkets shut at 8 there is no reason beyond travelling home from a keyworking destination, providing delivery services, travelling to hospital that anyone should be out.
Also perhaps restrictions on groups outside to tackle the groups of teenagers that feel the need to hang around - especially in the week when their parents are at work and not able to stop them going out of the house.
Or full lockdown perhaps??
