Positive Self-Isolation Stories?

There's been several comments on older people ignoring the advice to self-isolate but I'm glad to say that some of them are really "keeping calm and carrying on."

I'm in admiration of my elderly Dad (80's in poor health), because he's being so sensible and positive about self-isolating. He had some MH issues and is normally a bit of a moaner, but he's taking this in his stride, not trying to go out and about as normal, only going to his small local shop when he really needs to and accepting any help offered, such as a neighbour dropping off his prescriptions. He's staying positive by playing his piano, watching old films and talking to people on the phone. I feel awful because I'm in another country and hate to think of him coping with it, but he's doing so well.

Good on you, Dad!
